Rohrer Spectrum
A multi-platform medical laser system combining five precision handpieces — IPL, diode, long-pulsed Nd:YAG, Q-switched Nd:YAG, and Erbium YAG — for comprehensive light-based treatment across a full range of skin concerns.
810nm Diode
Hair Removal
Permanent hair reduction using an 810nm diode laser — the gold standard wavelength for targeting melanin in the hair follicle while protecting surrounding skin. Effective on face, body, and sensitive areas for both men and women.
A series of treatments is required to address follicles across all growth phases. Most patients see significant reduction in 5–8 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
What to expect
Mild warmth or snapping sensation during treatment. Slight redness resolving within hours. No downtime.
Series of 5–8 sessions recommended.
Intense Pulsed Light
IPL / Photofacial
Broad-spectrum pulsed light targeting melanin and oxyhemoglobin to address sun damage, uneven pigmentation, rosacea, and overall skin tone — with no downtime. One of the most effective treatments for the high-altitude, high-UV skin patterns common in mountain communities.
Pigmented lesions typically darken immediately after treatment and shed as micro-crusts within 7–14 days, revealing clearer skin beneath. This is a normal, expected response.
What to expect
Warm snapping sensation. Mild redness 2–4 hours. Pigmented areas darken then shed over 7–14 days.
1–3 sessions typical. Maintenance recommended annually.
Long-Pulsed 1064nm Nd:YAG
Vascular Treatment
Targeted energy delivered to oxyhemoglobin in blood vessels, heating and collapsing unwanted vascular structures without damaging surrounding skin. Effective for spider veins, broken capillaries, cherry angiomas, and persistent facial redness.
What to expect
Mild stinging sensation. Treated vessels may darken temporarily before clearing. Minimal downtime.
3–5 sessions for optimal results.
2940nm Erbium YAG
Skin Resurfacing
Ablative resurfacing using the Erbium YAG wavelength — precision removal of the outer skin layer to eliminate surface pigmentation, smooth texture, and soften fine lines. More controlled than CO₂ with a gentler recovery profile, making it well-suited for face, neck, chest, and hands.
This is one of the more impactful treatments in our laser portfolio — meaningful improvement in skin quality with less downtime than traditional ablative approaches.
What to expect
Redness and mild swelling 2–5 days. Skin will peel as new tissue emerges. Sun avoidance required during healing.
1–2 sessions typical. Consultation required.
IPL · 420nm Filter
Acne Treatment
Light-based acne treatment targeting Propionibacterium acnes bacteria and reducing sebaceous gland activity — without antibiotics or harsh topicals. Effective for inflammatory acne, reducing active breakouts and supporting clearer skin over a treatment series.
What to expect
Mild warmth during treatment. Slight redness resolving within a few hours. No downtime.
4–6 sessions recommended, spaced 2–3 weeks apart.
Q-Switched 532/1064nm Nd:YAG
Tattoo Removal
Q-switched nanosecond pulses shatter tattoo ink particles into fragments small enough for the body's immune system to clear. The dual 532nm and 1064nm wavelengths address a broad range of ink colors — black and dark inks respond best, with multiple sessions required for significant fading or full clearance.
Results vary based on ink color, depth, age of the tattoo, and skin type. A consultation is required to assess your specific tattoo and set realistic expectations.
What to expect
Stinging sensation during treatment. White frosting immediately after — normal and resolves within minutes. Redness and mild swelling for 1–2 days.
6–10+ sessions typical. Consultation required.
All laser treatments begin with a consultation.
Skin type, treatment history, sun exposure, and your goals all factor into protocol design. We don't treat without understanding your skin first.
